Red Carpet Car Wash at 4411 North Blackstone Avenue, Fresno, California.

I hate this Red Carpet Car Wash. Paid $25 to have them Armor All the front half of my Jeep. they didn't even touch the back of the jeep. vacuuming was horrible and sloppy. I specified when I paid I wanted my car detailed and cleaned they didn't even wipe down the dust off the leather seats in my car. When I mentioned it at the end I was told they don't do that they don't clean the seats. I could have had my son do what they did for free. I will never refer them to anyone and I will never go back again.

I am extremely impressed with the services at this location. I recently took my car in for a wash, and by mistake, my key fob was misplaced. The reaction of the staff there, in particular, Mr. White, was superb. My key fob was almost immediately found, and in return Mr. White personally removed all of the numerous water spots on my car and had it washed a second time. This is the kind of exceptional service that makes people lifetime customers of this place. Whoever owns this location is fortunate to have such great managers working here.
