People put bad reviews because we refuse to provide services that are not covered by their insurance company. People think that we are not human and they decide to talk to us with bad language and when I the owner don’t let them curse at my employees I’m the rude one. All 30 of my employers love the way I conduct my business. I’m just sad that people instead of writing bad things about my company or any company for that matter learn to talk to people normal rather then using profanity. There is a reason that we’ve been in business for over 13 years, because our clients love us and trust us with their transportation needs to and from doctors appointments and dialysis treatments.
