Dr. Richard N. Mendoza, MD at 1360 East Herndon Avenue, Fresno, California.

Went to get my eyes checked. Dr. wrote the prescription. I bought the frames at a different location with the prescription. I paid 300 for my glasses. Couldn't see!!!! I was told the dr wrote the wrong prescription. Went back to Dr. Mendoza's office they laughed! They said it was probably some illness that made my eyes better. To. Top it off they said to get my eyes checked because insurance would pay. All they care is about money!!! Feeling ripped off
