Francis collision is flat out phenomenal! I had some insurance work done with them and had Jesse as my rep and I can't even describe how awesome he was. The insurance work was to replace the front bumper on my mustang. I asked Jesse if they could install a pair of headlights and fix my window Louvers at my cost. The price they charged for that was extremely good and on top of it they installed new fog lights and cleaned up some glue residue that was on the car all for free. Everyone there was kind and courteous and communicated very well keeping me updated as to how the car was doing. I highly highly recommend Francis collision all day everyday!

My mom's car was in their shop for 30 days! When we brought the car in for repairs due to our accident and we pointed out all our concerns/things needed to be check on our car. I even took pictures of the car beforehand of the markings that Andrew (the guy in charge of our car) "promised" us that he would look at.
My mom was back and forth here trying to get her car, and when it was finally done, they failed to check our number one concern about the car due to the accident. They kept making false promises. The amount of the car came out to more than anticipated. They didn't even fix the scratches that we brought up as well and the total was way too much just for fixing our side mirror and [ignoring the scratches on the car.] The tire pressure light was on as well and they stated that they already put air in the tires and they would have it checked, we got the car back and not even a day later the light went back on. It was a family friend that ended up fixing it because the problem was the spare tire being way too low of a pressure.

This place was recommended to us, but based on our experience, I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Such a horrible experience.
