The words going through my mind are how do I write this without being completely obscene. I want to cuss, scream and just drink a glass of wine at the same time. I will be good and just state details of my experience. I prepaid a month in advance. Tile was still late a week because they ordered 8 x 24, 8 x 36. My installers had to reschedule. (I worked with them to resolve)... then they delivered... order was short which they didn't deliver but told me I had to take off work and come pick up... then after the job was completed... I was 14 boxes over (which is what they told me I needed)... you already guessed it... they wouldn't give me a refund!!!! They wouldn't even give me a restocking fee which I would have gladly paid!!! I asked for the manager they told me he didn't speak any English!!! Wow... How do you expect to resolve any issue if you have a problem? Lastly, they said it was my fault this happened because they didn't do the measurements.... they never offered!!!!!! I didn't even know they could do that. I am selling 14 boxes of tile if someone needs it! Lol. Disaster!!!!!!! Diaster!!!!!!
