    As a baseball coach I went in to get a customized red stitching in my hat to match the rest of the team colors. I returned later that day to find that the hat was done in all white stitching. No red at all. And all I got was a sorry that they weren't paying attention. So now I'm stuck with a grey and red hat with bright white stitching in the back. $54 down the drain. If I could give a negative stars I would.

    The gentleman that helped me and my co worker get a customized hat was pretty cool but we thought they would be done pretty soon and the guy at the counter gave an arrogant remark really didn't like his vibe
