Most unprofessional medical office I've ever set foot in. I made an appt six weeks ago (as a new patient) to be seen for thyroid and menopause issues. I asked the receptionist if they accepted the insurance I have and she said yes. Yesterday, I called to confirm my appt for today. This morning when I arrived for my appt, the girl at the front desk copied my insurance card and took my $20 copay. It wasn't until I was in the exam room that I was told the doctor wasn't even there (which they could've mentioned yesterday when I called to confirm), and that they didn't bill insurance for menopausal issues or treatment. I almost felt like I was being scammed. I collected my copay and left. And the only reason I'm giving them one star is because zero stars wasn't an option.
