Prompt service, fair prices, and the food was great. The lobster Ravioli was delicious.

Haven't been here in years. My fiance and I decided we wanted to go here for lunch since every place that said they were open on thanksgiving weren't! We had the calamari for an app, the dipping sauces were fantastic. I was impressed. My fiance had the classic Italian bake which was delicious and I had the chicken Alfredo. My chicken was a tad bit salty but other than that I loved the sauce. Probably would have done the shrimp instead of the chicken next time. Our service was also great! In addition I took a wine bottle home. They currently do 1/2 off bottles on Thursdays! So if you're a wine lover go on Thursday and take a bottle home. I would call and check in case its a limited time thing.

I had never been to Macaroni Grill before. My Wife & I decided to try it last Saturday and we will never go back. In all honesty it was the WORST dining/customer service experience In my 20 years of living in Fresno, without exaggeration. First they switched waiters on us (both were unfriendly & obviously hate working there) then we inexplicably had to wait far too long to be served our disappointing meals ( Inexplicably because the place was nearly empty). The food was near cold, looked horrible and was comparable to a bad "TV dinner". I wanted to send it back & complain but my kind hearted Wife is much more patient. The waiter did not check on us after serving us, I had to track him down for the check so we could leave and never return. It would have been more satisfying to get drive through or throw $40. down the drain, I kid you not. Never again will We even consider walking into Macaroni Grill in this or ANY city. Truly a dining Nightmare.
