The best wine-by-the-glass selection in town, covering a wide range of varietals. Happily, the focus is on California wines with a few European and/or New World gems. The food, from appetizers to entrees is universally savory and the staff is always smiling, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. If I had an overstuffed armchair to sit in instead of a bar stool, I might never go home.

My husband and i came in for his birthday today, First bite of his duck was inedible. He called the waitress over as soon as he took the first bite and told her he absolutely did not like it. She then responded with "i told you some people dont like duck, you knew that when you ordered it". I asked for a replacement and she then said "well you still have to pay for it are you sure you dont want it? Resturants always charge you for the food you order no matter what" Personally i could care less if i spent $100 - $200 for lunch (which we did) But why would i pay for food i WAS NOT going to eat?? She called the manager over and the manager said she could box up the duck and would have to still charge us for it. We asked for the check- and left. Either your chef is VERY EGOTISTICAL or this place is flat out cheap. Left with a bad taste in our mouths.
